Can minors receive vaccinations in North Dakota without parental consent?

Minors in North Dakota currently cannot consent to vaccinations but minors can get treated for sexually-transmitted diseases without parental consent. (ND Century Code §14-10-17). Unaccompanied homeless minors 14 years and older may be able to consent to vaccinations (SB 2265).
