Can minors receive vaccinations in Oklahoma without parental consent?

Minors in Oklahoma currently cannot consent to vaccinations, unless they are (i) married; or (ii) parent of a child or (iii) separated from parents or legal guardian for whatever reason and are not supported by them. (Okl. Stat. §63-2602).
