Can minors receive vaccinations in Rhode Island without parental consent?

Minors in Rhode Island ages 16 years and above can consent vaccinations.

Minors of any age who are married can also consent to vaccinations (R.I. Gen. Laws §23-4.6-1)

How to get the COVID-19 vaccine in Rhode Island?

Note that if you 16 years or older, you don't need parental consent or an adult to accompany you. Call the clinic ahead of time to ask whether you need to bring proof of age. If you are 15 years or younger, you will need to get a parental/legal guardian consent.
