Can minors receive vaccinations in West Virginia without parental consent?
Minors in West Virginia currently cannot consent to vaccinations, unless they are married minors over the age of 16 or emancipated by petition (WV Code §49-7-27).
All other minors need parental/legal guardian consent for vaccinations.
