Can minors receive vaccinations in Alabama without parental consent?

Yes for routine vaccinations in any clinic if you are 14 years of age and above. A minor of any age who has graduated from high school, or is married, or having been married is divorced or is pregnant, can consent to vaccines (Ala. Code §§22-8-4).

For COVID-vaccines, it is a bit complicated but there is good news. Clinics that are not run by (or under the auspices of ) of the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) should be able to give you the vaccine since per Alabama law, minors 14 and above can self-consent to vaccines. However, clinics that are run by or supported by ADPH require parental consent. This was announced on Sep 13, 2021.

Also, good to have your county health department address and phone number.

Parental consent is needed only for ages 12 and 13 years. Minors of ages 14 years and above do not need parental consent.
