Can minors receive vaccinations in Arizona without parental consent?

Minors in Arizona currently cannot consent to vaccinations, however, they can get them via court order if the minor or a physician recommends it. Call your county health department and let them know about your situation.

In addition, minors in Arizona who are (1) married or (2) homeless or (3) emancipated can get their vaccinations (A.R.S.
§ 44-132).
