Can minors receive vaccinations in Arkansas without parental consent?

Yes. Minors of any age can consent to vaccinations in Arkansas.

Any minor (emancipated or unemancipated) of sufficient intelligence to understand and appreciate the consequences of the proposed surgical or medical treatment or procedures, for himself or herself can consent to medical treatment. Basically, this is a non-age restricted mature minor doctrine that means if a minor talks to their healthcare provider about getting the vaccine, if the provider determines the minor is mature enough to make their own decisions, they can get the vaccine.
