Can minors receive vaccinations in Montana without parental consent?

Minors in Montana currently cannot consent to vaccinations, unless they are (i) graduated from high school or (ii) married; or (iii) parent of a child or (iv) living separate from parent or legal guardian, and is managing their own financial affairs or (v) pregnant or afflicted from sexually transmitted diseases (Source: MONT. CODE ANN. § 41-1-402).
