Can minors receive vaccinations in New Jersey without parental consent?

Minors in New Jersey currently cannot consent to vaccinations, unless they are (i) married; or (ii) parent of a child or (iii) pregnant (Source: N.J. Stat. Ann. § 9:17A-1). Certain services are available for emancipated minors.

How to get the COVID-19 vaccine in New Jersey?

Parental/legal guardian consent is required. Consent can be written or can be given verbally by being present with the minor for the appointment.
