Can minors receive vaccinations in New Mexico without parental consent?

An unemancipated minor 14 years of age or older who has capacity to consent may give consent for medically necessary healthcare if they are (1) living apart from the minor's parents or legal guardian;  or (2) the parent of a child (N.M. Stat. §24-7A-6.2). All other unemancipated minors need parental/legal guardian consent for vaccinations.
