Can minors receive vaccinations in New York without parental consent?

Minors of any age in New York can consent to HPV vaccines "if the provider determines that the youth is being physically intimate, sexually active, or contemplating becoming so. The intent of public health law 10 NYCRR §23.4 is to promote HPV vaccination among teens who are at increased risk of HPV infection and want to be vaccinated but are not ready or are unable to discuss sensitive topics with their parent(s) or guardian(s)" (Source: nyshpv.org).

For all other vaccines, parental/legal guardian consent is required, unless the minor is (i) married or (ii) parent of a child (PBH§ 2504).
