Can minors receive vaccinations in Washington without parental consent?

Yes. Minors of any age in Washington may receive immunizations without parental consent under the Mature Minor
Doctrine, if a doctor/healthcare provider agrees that the minor is "mature" enough to make their own health care decisions.

As always, we recommend our guide to convincing vaccine-hesitant parents and sharing personal stories of teens getting vaccinations. If you can't convince, talk to a doctor. Also, call your county health department and talk to them about your situation.
